Nick Datoo
President of Dallas Texas Economic Development Corporation, holds a BA in Marketing with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in San Marcus, Texas. He has purchased, developed and sold multiple shopping centers and medical centers as well as other commercial real estate and single family homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Nick Datoo owns Dallas Texas Properties Corporation which is a residential and commercial development company with a successful development history of over 23 years. He also has a successful record of residential and commercial real estate sales throughout the area. After his father’s death in 2005, Nick inherited multiple gas stations that were affiliated with Phillip 66, Fina, Conoco and Citgo.
Nick also owns American Texas Eagle Properties Corporation which is also a residential and commercial builder and developer handling affiliations with multiple different lenders. Nick is a member of several business networks including Dallas Texas Real-Estate Investors Group, Northern Texas Trade Association etc.
Nick believes that success demands constant enthusiasm for ongoing learning and procedural development therefore he regularly attends group meetings, seminars and take part in educational activities to stay up-to-date with local and international Property Laws and Regulations.
