PROJECT # 1 IN PANAMA
PANAMA BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, RESORT, HOTEL / CASINO
For the third consecutive year, Panama has experienced strong economic growth which has boosted real estate activity. Within the region, Panama has been steadily positioning itself as a top second home or retirement haven for foreigners, and also as a call center hub and a desired location for multinational companies that wish to participate in the ambitious Panama Canal expansion project.
A new fully integrated community is planned to be built strategically located close to Tocumen International Airport. This massive city within Panama City when complete will be a destination in and of itself for locals and tourists alike. There will be a boardwalk along the coast lined with shopping, dining, hotels and resorts. Included will be a country club with golf course, luxurious hotel / casino, an ultra exclusive gated community which includes luxury condo/hotel units, single family homes, fitness center, spa, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc.

AMADOR HOTEL AND CASINO, PANAMA CITY
Panama is experiencing an economic boom over the last several years with a growth rate of over 8% per year (projected growth of 2007 is 11% according to a recent article from economist.com), while at the same time experiencing comparatively, very low inflationary pressures. Due to the reasons of the growth within the country and the economy, many experts are not treating this boom as a bubble, but as natural growth.
Our vision is to build a luxurious hotel and casino, an ultra exclusive community which includes luxury condominiums, high end retail center with restaurants, grocery store, commercial office space, health club, tennis courts, swimming pools, and ocean front promenade.
PROJECT # 3 IN PANAMA
LA PLAYA - BEACH RESORT, CONDO, HOTEL / CASINO
A luxurious hotel / casino, an ultra exclusive gated community is to be built which includes luxury condominiums, single family homes, fitness center, spa, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc.
San Carlos parcel is a rectangle shape with a river (Rio Calagazo) as a natural property line on the left side of the parcel. The entire land has amazing topography which allows the building of several hundred luxury homes, many of them having unobstructed ocean views. The size of the land allows the creation of a luxury home community with a country club, several luxury resorts and a community of high rise hotel and condos.
